Nicole and Robert’s downtown Columbus wedding was a beautiful mix of urban vibes and timeless elegance. Held at Brick & Mortar, the venue’s exposed brick added to its charm. Dark wood beams complemented the aesthetic. A charming courtyard set the stage for an unforgettable day.
From our first call in March 2023, I knew their wedding would be a blast! Nicole’s love for dance and her and Rob’s shared sense of humor made every moment joyful. Every detail had their personality stamped on it. The coffee bean favors with their picture labeled “The Perfect Blend” were just too cute!
Nicole and Rob’s love story began in the heart of New York, where they got engaged in 2023. They instantly clicked and quickly fell head over heels. Their shared passion for travel has taken them on incredible adventures. One of their favorite memories is cooking up multi-course dinners together during the COVID lockdown!
Rob had their names and wedding date stitched into his Indochino suit. This was a thoughtful touch. It added even more meaning to their special day.
North 4th Corridor, Brick & Mortar was the perfect spot for their celebration. The mix of style and warmth was evident. High ceilings and sunlight streaming through open windows created a bright and inviting atmosphere. The amber and green centerpieces from Rose Bredl Flowers & Garden tied everything together beautifully.
The courtyard, strung with bistro lights, made for a picture-perfect ceremony space that later transformed into a dance floor. The history of the Smith Brothers’ building added extra character to an already magical day.
Nicole and Rob’s wedding was all about classic elegance with personal flair. Nicole chose a stunning color palette of rust, green, black, white, and amber. She looked breathtaking in her Seychelles mermaid lace wedding dress with a V-neck from Pronovias. Later, she changed into a fun party dress by Billy J Boutique to dance the night away at the reception!
And speaking of fun—late-night snacks included homemade Italian cookies, Jeni’s Splendid ice cream, and pizza! It was such a fun way to keep the celebration going.
Nicole and Rob brought so much energy to their big day. Their surprise first dance transition was amazing. The final song had everyone on their feet. They started with a surprising first dance. The final song was energetic, just like every moment in between. Their joy was contagious, and every moment was filled with laughter and love. Watching them nail those dance floor dips was the cherry on top!
It was an absolute joy to help bring their wedding vision to life!
